Return Policies

Boat Gadgets & Boat Gifts:
Unless otherwise specified, all boat gadgets and boat gifts are returnable for 30 days from date of purchase. There is a 15% handling charge for all returns. Product must be in new and unused condition in its original carton. Shipping costs and handling fees are not refundable. Yachtsee.com must be contacted for a returned merchandise authorization (RMA). Returns received without an RMA will not be credited. . All returns must be shipped with a carrier that provides tracking #s. The address for returns will be provided by Yachtsee.com when the RMA is provided.

Pup-Head Return Policy
Because of health and safety issues, portable dog potty products are not returnable, even if they have never been used.

Customized Products:

Customized products which have been personalized are NOT returnable. If there is a spelling error or manufacturer defect , the item shall be returned at Yachtsee.com's expense. Yachtsee will then replace the item and ship it to the customer at Yachtsee's expense.
