with the product you purchased. If you are unhappy
with the color, size, style, or quality of the pack
purchased or you have just simply changed your mind,
please follow the steps listed below. We will happily
refund the purchase price (less shipping cost).

| Refunds or Credits |

| All non-defective merchandise being returned
for credit or refund must be in the original condition.
All items should be in "As-New" condition with all
instruction manuals, warrantee cards, and any other
accessories included with the return. |

| Non-defective merchandise being returned for
credit or refund must be within 30 days of the date
of purchase. Non-defective goods being returned
after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee. |

| Credit will be issued for the price of the returned
item only. Shipping costs are the responsibility
of the person returning the merchandise. |

| Prior to making your return, please call (813)
832-6766 for a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. You will be issued a number, which
must appear on the package and a copy of the original
invoice showing the item you are returning. Items
being returned without a RMA number will be refused.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the
issuance of the RMA number for our receiving department
to consider the RMA valid. |

| All returns must be shipped by UPS, FEDEX, or
U.S. Postal Service return receipt requested. These
three methods provide a tracking number through
which your shipment can be traced in the event it
is lost in transit. |

| Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items,
T-Pak Marine will at your request issue a credit
or refund to you within 10 days of receipt of the
returned items. |

| Defective Merchandise |

| T-Pak Marine offers warranties in the event one
of our products is found to be defective. T-Pak
Marine will gladly repair or replace any item found
to be defective within 90 days of the purchase.
