Now A WIRELESSVirtual Lifeline For You And All Your Passengers!
Boating has never been safer, thanks to the Virtual Lifeline (VL). VL
is designed to reduce accidents and damage associated with falls overboard
... the #1 cause of injury in recreational boating.
Each VL unit consists of four sensors about the size of a watch and
an ignition control module that is easily installed. The sensors can
be worn in a variety of ways, such as attached to a PFD or swim suit,
to a belt loop, etc. VL is activated when the operator and/or passenger(s)
is ejected into the water and the sensor is submerged.
Once submerged, the sensor automatically transmits to the control module,
which sounds an alarm and shuts off the engine.
Solo boaters will be confident in knowing that the VL reduces
serious and dangerous situations related to a boat running without a
skipper.
Now everyone can be protected from injuries associated with falls overboard
without compromising your fun!
The Virtual Lifeline package includes a control module (approx. 6”
X 4” X 1.5”) and four sensor/transmitters about the size
of a car fob. Additional sensor/transmitters are available for all your
passengers ... pets, too!
The control module is easily installed on most boats in less than an
hour, requiring no special tools. It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
