We accept returns of non-custom products within 30 days of product receipt. Please send your item(s) back to us in original condition, and we will process your request for a replacement or repair. The decision to repair or replace the item(s) will be determined once we have inspected the item. All authorized returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders are ONLY returnable for replacement or repair. Please read policies below for proper handling.
YOU MUST contact Yachtsee before returning any order (except Amazon.com purchases). Any return not accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be accepted.
Amazon Purchases: You must contact Amazon Customer Service to return any products, even if they are Yachtsee products purchased through Amazon. Amazon's Customer Service # is888 280 3321. They will need your Amazon Order #.
How do I make a return?
Please contact us at (888) 774-7372 to request an RMA number in order to ensure proper credit for return. You may contact us via email or telephone. Write to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888 774-7372 between 8-5 PT Monday-Friday with any questions and for an RMA #. You will be given address for the return when your receive your RMA. DO NOT SHIP ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL AS WE MAY HAVE YOU SHIP IT TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM WHERE IT WAS SHIPPED. IF YOU SHIP TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FORWARDING CHARGES.
How long do I have to make a return?
Contact Yachtsee.com within 15 days of receipt for an RMA. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
What is your return policy for chart trays and tables?
All Chart Tray and Chart Table returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Refund amount will be the original price less 30% for handling and printing costs. If product is defective, the refund may be up to 100% of the original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable.
What is your return policy for all other custom orders?
Custom printed or embroidered orders are ONLY returnable for replacement or repair.
Do you accept returns on clearance items?
No, we do not.
What is the return shipping procedure?
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return or exchange.
1. Ship your package insured to ensure safe arrival.
2. Place item in original packaging or comparable shipping box.
3. Write RMA # clearly on the outside of your box in black marker and on a sheet of paper placed inside the box.
4. Packages must be postmarked.
