Is your connection at least 28.8Kpbs?
Confirm your connection speed by checking the maximum connection speed
available at the ISP phone number you selected. If the local phone number selected
does not have at least a 28.8 Kpbs connection, you may have to select another phone
number. The faster the connection, the least likely you will experience freeze frames
or dropped frames.Select the most appropriate file for your connection speed (eg, 28.8, 56
K, or cable/dsl)
Are you experiencing "dropped
frames", streaking or freezing frames? Are you getting a "Net
congestion message?
It may be due to increased traffic on your internet connection at the time you are
watching. Try to watch the videos at a different time of day.
