Q. What if I loose a remote?
A. Replacement remotes are available and can be programmed to your Hatch-it in seconds.

    Note: Each Hatch-it can be programmed with up to 4 remote codes. If a remote is stolen the code for the    
    remote can be deleted so it will no longer operate your Hatch-it.

Q. Can my Hatch-it be false triggered by another Hatch-it remote or a garage door opener?
A. No, we use a unique frequency assigned to us by the FCC plus each transmitter has the "code hopping"  
    technology that makes false triggering impossible. Only remotes programmed to your Hatch-it will work.

    Note: This added security can provide protection from theft of valuable engine components while still  
    providing convenient access.

Q:   Will the hatch switch on my dash still work?
A:  Yes, you can still use the switch on the dash even in the unlikely event of the Hatch-it module failing.

Q:    My boat has two separate hatch motors, will the Hatch-it still work?
A:  Yes, the Hatch-it module can control up to 30 amps which is more than enough in most cases.

Q:    Will the Hatch-it run down my battery when it is not in use?
A:   No, the Hatch-it consumes no power when it is not in use.

Q:   Can the Hatch-it be used to control something other than my hatch motor?
A:  Absolutely, the 1st and 2nd channels can control any type of reversing 12VDC motor and the 3rd and 4th   
     channels can control almost any 12VDC device.
