Orders placed before 11 am PST, Monday through Friday, are processed the same business day from Huntington Beach CA. However, the product may not ship the same day. Orders placed by 11 am PST on or before December 13th are guaranteed to be delivered on or before Christmas Eve (Dec. 24th) using regular ground service. If you place your order beyond this date you may not receive it by Christmas. You will receive an email if your order is not expected to arrive by Christmas Eve due to unavailable inventory.

We do not include invoices with any of our orders. If you provide an email address, you will receive tracking information for your order once it has shipped which you can use to look up the specific delivery date of your package.

Please note: We guarantee you, the customer, that your package will ship and be delivered in time for Christmas in accordance with UPS and Fedex holiday shipping schedules. This guarantee, however, does not cover unpredictable circumstances which may cause shipping delays that are beyond our control after we ship your product and it has left our warehouse. This may include extreme weather delays, UPS/Fedex routing problems, or damage during transit. Such occurrences are rare but do occasionally happen. We also cannot guarantee shipping delays due to undeliverable shipping addresses, incorrect addresses supplied to us, or if the customer is unavailable for delivery. It is at the delivery driver's discretion whether or not to leave a package at the doorstep if no one is home.
