Pup-Head™ Replacement Mats

Pup-Head™ Portable Dog Potty Replacement Mats feature Pup-Grass™ synthetic grass built for dogs. This item is ideal for use as a second, or back-up mat while the first is drying. It also comes scented with an all natural attractant, and antimicrobial technology helps fight odors. If you own a Pup-Head™, a second mat will help you maintain a cleaner environment for your dog within your home. This custom-tufted product is designed to fit in the Pup-Head™ original and large sizes.

IMPORTANT: Pup-Grass™ mats do not have finished edges. If the mat is cut on the tuft, it is normal for fibers to shed at the edges. Some shedding is normal, and should subside. Edges can be heat-sealed using a long neck lighter. Please use caution when using an open flame. Apply heat approximately one inch from the edge, just until the material begins to curl.

WARRANTY
PupGear Corporation guarantees their products for a period of one year against defects in material and workmanship. During the warranty period, PupGear will send the customer replacement parts or the customer can return the product directly to PupGear for repairs or replacement.

RETURN POLICIES
Products may be returned in new and unused condition, in its original carton, within 14 days of receipt. Before returning merchandise, customer must contact us for a Return Authorization Number. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. Tray Liners are not returnable.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped via Fed Ex Home Delivery or FedEx Ground. No expedited shipping available. Shipping to lower 48 states only. No shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and no international orders. All orders will be delivered with no signature required unless otherwise specified on the order.

PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Remove any solid waste from grass. Remove K9 grass from grate and tray, empty any water material put grate back in tray and rinse thoroughly with mild soap and water. Rinse or hose K9 Grass with clear water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Hang mat to allow water to drain off quickly or place in dryer on air cycle for 20 minutes.
