Return Policy for Yachtsee.com Purchases:
Returns will be charged 15% handling fee unless stated otherwise on the order form. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer. All returns must be in new, unused condition. Return Authorization Number (RMA) required. Items returned without an RMA will not be credited. Contact Yachtsee.com within 15 days of receipt for an RMA. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery date.

Because of health and safety issues, portable dog potty products are not returnable, even if they have never been used.CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS: There is a limited 30-Day Return/Repair Policy. Custom orders cannot be returned. Please send your item(s) back to us in original condition, and we will process your request for a replacement or repair. The decision to repair or replace the item(s) will be determined once we have inspected the item. Custom orders are ONLY returnable for replacement or repair. All authorized returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
YOU MUST contact us before returning any order. Any return not accompanied by an RMA # will not be accepted.
Custom orders cannot be returned. No Returns on Clearance Items.Procedure:
Please contact us at (888) 774-7372 to request an RMA number in order to ensure proper credit for return. You may contact us via email or telephone. Write to [email protected] 24 hours a day or call 888 774-7372 between 8-5 PT Monday-Friday with any questions and for an RMA #. You will be given address for the return when your receive your RMA.Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return or exchange to us.
Shipment:
1. Ship your package insured to ensure safe arrival.
2. Please place item in original packaging or comparable shipping box.
3. Please write RMA # clearly on the outside of your box in black marker and on a sheet of paper placed inside the box.
4. Packages must be postmarked.
